ИЦ406 frequency meter / tachometer

Purpose and principle of operation:

• Frequency measurement and display, with control signal outputs.
• Used in automated systems for monitoring and measuring alternating current (voltage), pulse frequency and rotational speed.
• Control signals on two independent channels.
• Additional control input

Distinctive features:

• Control input versions:
  - application of AC voltage;
  - application of voltage pulses;
  - closing external contacts.
• An adjustable multiplier allows the measured frequency to be displayed in whatever units and scale are required.
• Outputs — isolated changeover contacts on each channel.
• An additional digital input extends the use of the frequency meter in automation and monitoring systems.
• Parameters programmed using the front-panel buttons.
• Password protection against reprogramming.
• The measured value is shown on a three- or four-digit display.
• Communication with the supervisory system over RS485 using Modbus (optional).
• Powered from a DC or AC supply.
• Galvanic isolation between the supply input, the control inputs and the output contacts.
