Receiving antenna with petal electrodes

Purpose:

• The receiving antenna with petal electrodes transmits the stimulating signal from the NejSi-3M generator, via the transmitting antenna, to four or six electrodes.

Main technical data and specifications:

• The antenna works in dual-channel mode.
• The electrode design allows the electrodes to be arranged in whatever configuration is required; the Ø0.8 mm hole on each contact allows the electrode to be sutured to the epineurium in the required position.
• Needs no power supply
• Unlimited service life
• The small size of the implantable receiving antenna (Ø27 × 7.4 mm) allows it to be implanted at various sites on the patient's body with minimal cosmetic effect.

How to use:

• The antenna is placed using an open approach.
• The receiving part of the antenna (Ø27 mm) is placed markings-inward, to a depth of no more than 10 mm.
• The electrodes are secured with sutures using an atraumatic needle.
