Combined power direction indicator. Digital panel watt/var meter. Power direction relay.

Purpose:

• In power measuring mode:
  • Measurement of active and reactive power in three-phase AC networks.
  • Control signals are issued according to the magnitude and direction of power flow.
• In current and voltage measuring mode:
  
  • Measurement and display of currents and voltages in three-phase AC networks.
  • Control signals are issued according to the magnitude of the currents and voltages.

Distinctive features:

• Operating modes: power measurement, voltage measurement, current measurement.
• Can work with an earthed or an insulated neutral (star or delta connection).
• Digital display of active and reactive power, phase currents or phase voltages, including direction.
• A separate supply input for DC or AC mains.
• Programming of current transformer parameters.
• Version with an RS485 interface.
• Two control signals are issued according to the magnitude and direction of power flow, or the magnitude of phase voltage or current.
• Control signals as changeover relay contacts, or a PWM signal for driving an optocoupler.
