Purpose:

The stairwell lighting switch is intended for controlling the lighting of floor corridors, stair landings, areas in front of refuse chutes, passageways and the like. It switches the lighting on and then off automatically after a preset interval.
In accordance with ВСН 59-88 and ДБН В.2.5-23-2003, in residential buildings under construction or refurbishment the artificial lighting of stairwells, floor corridors and the areas in front of refuse chutes must be controlled by concealed switches with a time delay of 1-5 min, rated up to 2 A, 220 V, 50 Hz.
Used to replace mechanical stairwell circuit breakers of types АВ-01-2,5/220 and АВ-2М.
