Temperature monitoring system for refrigerators and freezers

Refrigerator temperature monitoring system

Purpose and features:

  • The refrigerator temperature monitoring system based on "ДТ-microlan" temperature sensors automatically collects, displays and archives temperature readings from refrigeration plant.
  • The monitoring system is built on a personal computer running Windows.
  • A purpose-developed calibration method, which determines the aggregate metrological characteristics of the measuring channels using reference sensors, together with the special sensor design, allows sensors to be recalibrated periodically without removing them, throughout their whole service life.
Technical specifications:
  • Measuring range for "ДТ-microlan" sensors: (-40…+85)°C.
  • Temperature measurement accuracy: ±0.5 °C.
  • Resolution better than 0.1 degree.
  • Permissible ambient temperature range (for the equipment): (0…+40)°C.
  • Up to 50 temperature sensors can be connected to the system, or up to 400 with a dedicated expander.
  • Interval between measurements — no more than 5 seconds.
  • The sensors' enclosure protection rating at the external cable entries is IP-66 per EN 60529/IEC 529.
  • The protection rating for the computer depends on the computer used.

Freezer temperature monitoring system

Purpose and features:
  • The temperature monitoring system based on "ДТ-microlan" sensors is designed for automated temperature monitoring of freezer rooms operating down to -55 degrees.
  • The system automatically collects, checks, displays and archives temperature data from the monitored objects.
  • If the temperature goes outside permissible limits, the monitoring system raises an audible and visual alarm and automatically composes and sends SMS messages to mobile phones.
  • The monitoring system is built on a personal computer running Windows.
  • A purpose-developed calibration method, which determines the aggregate metrological characteristics of the measuring channels using reference sensors, together with the special sensor design, allows sensors to be recalibrated periodically without removing them, throughout their whole service life.
