Technical specifications:

• The БАП is built as an electronic module housed in a plastic enclosure.
• Overall dimensions are given in Figure 1.
• Nominal input voltage when supplied from the mains (from the auxiliary services transformer) — 220 V
• DC output voltage at nominal mains voltage with a vacuum circuit breaker connected — 290 V
• Pickup voltage of the trip-enable relay, at the capacitor bank voltage — 187 V +2%.
• БАП load capacitance, max 2000 µF
• Nominal capacitance of the built-in capacitor that closes the breaker when supplied from the mains — 4700 µF
• The time needed to prepare for tripping, while charging the capacitor bank built into a ВР1 vacuum circuit breaker, as a function of the current in the relay winding of the current transformer, is given in Table 1 (typical values).
