ДХ1, ДХ2, ДХ3, ДХ4

Speed sensors. Position sensors. Diaphragm position sensors inside pressure transducers. Measurement of the magnetic field of permanent magnets. Measurement of the magnetic field in current sensors. Unpackaged, without a die carrier, with flexible leads and a protective coating.

ДХ1, ДХ2, ДХ3, ДХ4 Hall-effect sensors

Distinctive features:

  • High sensitivity.
  • Wide temperature range.
  • High linearity.
  • Low starting voltage.
  • Low temperature coefficient of sensitivity.
  • Low temperature coefficient of resistance.
  • A miniature unpackaged version is available.
Purpose:
  • Speed sensors.
  • Position sensors.
  • Diaphragm position sensors inside pressure transducers.
  • Measurement of the magnetic field of permanent magnets.
  • Measurement of the magnetic field in current sensors.
  • Unpackaged, without a die carrier, with flexible leads and a protective coating.
Description:
  • The ДХ1 – ДХ4 Hall-effect sensors are primary magnetic field transducers based on the single-crystal semiconductor compounds GaAs and InSb. The sensor die is mounted on a non-magnetic dielectric substrate.
  • An unpackaged version is available with flexible wire leads and a protective die coating.
  • The sensors have four leads. When an excitation current is passed through the Hall element, a Hall potential difference appears across the sense leads, proportional to the flux density of the magnetic field in which the element is placed.
