WAD305/X series temperature sensors
Purpose:- WAD305/X series temperature sensors are designed to measure the temperature:
- WAD305/1 - of various media in the range -196 to +150 °C
- WAD305/2 - of solid objects (pipes, parts, assemblies etc.) in the range -196 to +200°C.
- WAD305/3 - of various media in the range -196 to +150 °C;
Properties:
- The temperature-sensing element in the sensor is a silicon p-n junction, whose temperature characteristic is exceptionally stable, reproducible under cyclic temperature changes, and monotonic across a wide temperature range.
- The recommended sensor excitation current is 100 µA (±0.5)% to achieve the specified measuring accuracy).
- Long-term sensor stability better than 0.1 °C.
- Spread of the temperature-sensing parameter within a batch: better than ±1°C; ±2°C, ±3°C.
