A range of semiconductor temperature sensors based on a silicon p-n junction.

The temperature-sensing element in the sensors is a silicon p-n junction, whose temperature characteristic is exceptionally stable, reproducible under cyclic temperature changes, and monotonic across a wide temperature range.
